Eragon Office Murals, 2026
I painted three spaces at Eragon, a tech startup in San Francisco that makes fancy operating systems for buisnesses.
Eragon main space
A not quite exhaustive compilation of world-changing innovations. Staff, visitors, and investors all contributed ideas for what to included in the compilation. The sofa goes in front of the cardboard boxes on the bottom part.
Eragon break room
A dragon (the company’s named after a book about a dragon) and a picture of the building and the logo
Eragon conference room
The company slogan is ‘Own Your Intelligence’ (about cybersecurity + learning about your own business) so I painted hands holding things and made up some extra slogans
Long Journey Office and Thrift Store Murals, 2026
I painted a bunch of spaces at Long Journey, a VC firm in San Francisco with a thrift store where visitors can take and/or leave objects of importance. I’ll add photos tomorrow.
Long Journey meeting room/podcast studio/break room
Long Journey is an early investor so I went with the slogan “this may not make any sense right now but…” Other elements in the mural relate to LJ activities (giving haircuts at parties, sketching, drawing, creating, etc.).
Long Journey stairway
Long Journey helps companies grow from idea to startup to success, so I made up a looooong mascot to show the process. This one was very fun to paint and very hard to photograph well.
Long Journey thrift store
Visits to the LJ office end in a stop at the thrift store — a space where visitors can take or leave whatever they choose. I wanted the space to feel like a treasure hunt with hidden objects and messages everywhere.
Long Journey secret blacklight closet/chill space
I made a small and oddly shaped closet into a space to take a break with pillows on the floor and glowing paintings on the ceiling. It’s a good place to hide during parties.
